Position Overview:

The Automotive Guest Services Representative is a vital role within our organization, available in both full-time and part-time capacities. This hourly position is essential for maintaining store operations and acts as the manager on duty when the Store Manager is unavailable or when customer demand necessitates.

The primary focus of this role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while also contributing to the sales of automotive repair services and tire products. The Guest Services Representative plays a crucial role in driving business growth through effective sales presentations and comprehensive product knowledge.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete the training program to master the sales process.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both in-store and over the phone, engaging them, scheduling appointments, and building trust.
  • Assist in various guest care tasks, including work order completion and register operations, under management's guidance.
  • Act as a secondary key holder, responsible for essential opening and closing tasks.
  • Adhere to all financial policies and procedures, collaborating with management to address customer service issues and business opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate all products and services offered.
  • Comply with company policies and governmental standards, including safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized guest waiting area.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) is necessary.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to write accurate sales work orders.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Work Environment:

This position operates in an automotive service environment, which may involve exposure to moderate noise levels, adverse weather conditions, and various automotive chemicals.
