Key Responsibilities of the Front Office Supervisor:
  • Oversee front office staff with daily management, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
  • Manage room bookings, front office systems, inventory, and forecasting to optimize revenue
  • Guide and support team members with essential front desk and guest service tasks
  • Utilize front desk technology, including switchboards, Property Management Systems (PMS), fire panels, and other office equipment
  • Complete required shift documentation and ensure accuracy in all forms and checklists
  • Maintain awareness of all available packages and promotional offers
  • Perform essential front desk duties, including working at the front desk
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned
