Leadership & Organizational Development Associate

PMA Companies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leadership & Organizational Development Associate to join our team. As an integral member of our department, you will provide technical and administrative support for various initiatives, projects, and processes aimed at improving organizational performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learning Management System Administration: Support the effective utilization of PMA's Learning Management System through administration, content management, and end-user support.
  • Training Coordination: Coordinate programming and schedule training sessions offered by the Leadership & Organizational Development department.
  • Compliance Training: Administer and track all corporate compliance training initiatives.
  • Custom Training Content: Contribute to the design, development, and authoring of custom training content and resources.
  • New Employee Onboarding: Facilitate PMA's New Employee Onboarding program.
  • SharePoint Management: Manage and maintain the departmental SharePoint site, ensuring up-to-date content and functionality.
  • Development Programs: Administer corporate development programs such as Professional Designations and Tuition Reimbursement.
  • Inquiries and Support: Monitor and address inquiries sent to the Leadership & Organizational Development department inbox.
  • Event Planning: Provide collaborative support in the planning of events and initiatives intended to drive employee development and organizational culture.
  • Vendor Management: Work closely with external vendors and training partners to ensure all service requirements and support needs are met.
  • Process Improvement: Work closely with the Leadership & Organizational Development team and other internal business partners to identify areas of opportunity and process improvement for professional development across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or other related degree.
  • Experience: Three (3) or more years of professional experience in Leadership and/or Organizational Development, Education, or Adult Learning.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with technical and administrative support for Learning Management Systems, proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and digital collaboration tools such as Webex and/or Microsoft Teams.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent project management skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency, ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and develop creative solutions.
