We are looking for a Maintenance Operations Supervisor for our expansive apartment community. In this role, you will oversee all maintenance activities on the property. The ideal candidate will possess the skills necessary to perform maintenance and repairs for both vacant and occupied units while adhering to the planned maintenance budget. Ensuring resident satisfaction is crucial, and our new Maintenance Operations Supervisor will be dedicated to addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
  • Must hold Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Must be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
  • Availability for weekends as needed; on-call every three weeks for emergencies.
  • Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) certification is a plus.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for all maintenance operations on the property while adhering to the planned maintenance budget.
  • Diagnosing and repairing both basic and complex maintenance issues for vacant and occupied units.
  • Maintaining all service and safety records in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Performing any additional duties as assigned by the Community Manager or Regional Director.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; availability for weekends as necessary; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver's License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state, or willingness to obtain a Driver's License to meet these requirements within 60 days; Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification is mandatory.
