Electrical Engineering Technician IV

TPS Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician IV to support the EMC Lab with ESD testing for SSD products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers to execute test procedures, diagnostics, and generate test reports.
  • Perform EMI and Immunity testing, depending on skill set and experience.
  • Responsible for lab maintenance and ensuring compliance with IEC and FCC regulations.
  • May require off-site work and flexible work hours.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant field experience.
  • Familiarity with ESD testing per IEC and EMI Testing per CISPR32 and FCC Class-B.
  • Experience with EMC equipment, basic soldering, and PCBA re-work.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with spectrum analyzers, signal generators, amplifiers, antennas, line filters, anechoic chambers, and GTEM cells.
