Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Jason's Deli. As an Order Taker and Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Order Taking: Take orders accurately and efficiently, using the Aloha register system.
- Cash Handling: Process payments, handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and package food orders, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and provide support during peak periods.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or currently enrolled in high school or a certified G.E.D. program.
- Experience: Six months of work experience, unless currently attending high school, college, or a technical or vocational school.
- Skills: Ability to learn the Aloha register system, basic math skills, and effective communication in English.
- Health: Must comply with applicable city Department of Health regulations and Jason's Deli's dress code policies.
- Physical Standards: Ability to stand for up to six hours, frequent reaching, bending, squatting, and safely lifting up to 30 pounds.
