Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute standard installation hardware design and software programming adhering to established protocols.
  • Deliver precise information to convey design and operational details to clients and subcontractors.
  • Oversee the creation of system graphics.
  • Conduct thorough checks of HVAC control systems and wiring.
  • Facilitate the loading, device verification, and commissioning of all system controllers as necessary.
  • Document procedures for Building Management Control Direct Digital Control Systems.
  • Provide site-specific training for owners/operators on the complete system with support.
  • Foster long-term relationships with contractors, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Participate in job progress meetings as required.
  • Comply with safety standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a technical Associate's Degree with 1-2 years of field experience or 3 years of equivalent experience in the HVAC sector.
  • Hands-on experience in systems design and commissioning of digital HVAC control systems is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly with non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Niagara AX certification is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
