Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and courteous service to guests in adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of our food and beverage items.
  • Operate the POS system with proficiency.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workstation.
  • Adhere to company, provincial/state, and municipal/county service and sanitation standards.
  • Strictly adhere to posted schedule and clock in/out times.
  • Adhere to company uniform, grooming, and cell phone policies.
  • Cook food products to The Chickery's standards.
  • Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and engaging guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
