Key Responsibilities:
Proceduralists (Ultrasound guided shoulder injections, SI Joint, Botox for limb spasticity, Electrodiagnosis [except for muscle and certain niche neurodegenerative diseases])
Differential Diagnosticians (especially as it pertains to cervical spine /shoulder and lumbar spine/hip)
Rehabilitation Medicine consultation is provided to a small inpatient consultation service and a small outpatient Neuro-Rehab service
Work Environment:
Based at the Kaiser Permanente Sunnybrook Medical Center in the Portland, OR area
Flexible to support patients at the KP Central Interstate (Portland, OR) and Orchards (Vancouver, WA) locations, as needed
Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible Physiatrist
Expertise in musculoskeletal ultrasound procedures, electrodiagnosis, and Rehabilitation Consultation
