Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end responsibility for cost management and customer experience
  • Harmonizing partner delivery and processes across geographies
  • Optimizing service levels based on customer requirements, focusing on cost and customer experience
  • Defining service strategy for the commercial segment in collaboration with geographies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive best practices, innovation, and initiatives
  • Supporting the PSPD program through collaboration with the upsell team
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
Preferred Requirements:
  • Functional skills: Proven success in managing depots and services organizations
  • Excellent project management, analytical thinking, and data-driven mentality
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex problems for stakeholders
  • Self-motivation and ownership of ambiguous tasks to ensure success
  • Ability to build relationships with cross-functional colleagues and inspire others to achieve a common objective
  • Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while maintaining quality
  • Openness and enthusiasm for working across different cultures
