About the Job:

  1. Handle incoming calls from healthcare providers to verify member eligibility
  2. Respond to email requests for eligibility verification in a timely manner
  3. Utilize multiple sources to verify eligibility, including government websites and health plan systems
  4. Update eligibility information in our system and document all changes made

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with health plans to resolve eligibility discrepancies
  • Run daily reports to ensure accurate eligibility data
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or higher required
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service or healthcare environment preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and typing speed of 30 WPM or higher

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and location
