Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key player, you will be responsible for managing patient registration, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Registering patients and maintaining accurate records using our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating with providers and medical assistants to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Providing warm welcomes to patients and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Managing patient payments and ensuring cash box security and daily reconciliation.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to maintain composure in fast-paced and stressful situations.
  • Familiarity with EMR applications is a plus.
