Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop a team of baristas to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality beverages
  • Complete inventory and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
  • Upsell additional items such as pastries, snacks, or merchandise
  • Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Lead Barista or in a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
  • Familiarity with various coffee beans and blends is helpful
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
  • Prior cash handling experience
