Job Summary

As a Starbucks Lead at Giant Eagle, you will play a key role in developing the skills of our Baristas and creating an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for providing unparalleled customer service, supporting the Perishable Team Leader, and maintaining department records and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all company policies, store operating standards, and procedures are communicated effectively and maintained.
  • Show your passion for coffee and demonstrate a strong knowledge of Starbucks beverages and products.
  • Take an active role in building the store's product assortment by cultivating strong relationships with guests and vendors.
  • Supervise stocking and receiving, write department orders, and monitor ordering.
  • Participate in taking physical inventories and deliver outstanding customer service by leading the team by example.
  • Direct Team Members in performing all duties, oversee and evaluate training, and help reduce and eliminate shrink.
  • Maintain safety as the top priority for our Team Members, guests, and products, and properly handle products and equipment in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines.
