GENERAL FUNCTION: Deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction. Direct customers to the appropriate business partner for in-depth discussions. Take responsibility for risk management by openly sharing insights, raising concerns, and adhering to established policies and procedures. Ensure that your actions and conduct foster a positive experience for both customers and colleagues, while consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting various types of risks within the Bank's risk appetite.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Experience:

Strengthen relationships by genuinely caring for customers, actively listening to their needs, and guiding them to suitable financial solutions.

Provide timely follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Maintain open and clear communication through prompt responses.

Uphold confidentiality in all customer interactions.

Adhere to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, ensuring ethical behavior at all times.

Operations:

Execute daily office tasks, collaborating with the platform team to ensure smooth office operations.

Maintain accurate balancing records in accordance with policy, addressing discrepancies as needed.

Stay informed about bank policies and financial center procedures, taking responsibility for updates.

Handle customer issues with professionalism, escalating complex matters to the Lead Customer Service Representative or appropriate leadership.

Exhibit sound judgment in decision-making, following established guidelines and procedures.

Referrals:

Identify customer needs during interactions and refer them to Bankers and business partners for consultative discussions.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Retail products and services.

Utilize the appropriate tools for tracking referrals sent to personal bankers and business partners.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

High school diploma or GED.

Experience with cash handling is essential.

Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public.

Knowledge of retail policies and procedures is necessary to fulfill essential duties.

Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment in decision-making and problem-solving.

Embody the company's core values: collaboration, accountability, respect, inclusivity, and integrity.

Flexibility in scheduling is required.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Standard office environment with extensive computer screen usage.
