  • Manage payment transactions and uphold a balanced cash drawer in accordance with established procedures.
  • Communicate any issues, concerns, or updates to supervisors and colleagues during work hours.
  • Utilize the DAXKO system effectively for tasks related to data entry, maintenance, and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive records for new members, renewals, program participants, and guests.
  • Maintain all member resource information at the front desk.
  • Keep the front desk and lobby area organized, clean, and professional.
  • Welcome members and visitors in alignment with YMCA standards.

**Qualifications:**

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Experience in cash management.
  • Organized with the capacity to follow instructions.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Comfortable in a membership-focused environment.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in diverse situations.
  • Proficient in computer usage and keyboarding.
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
