Job Summary:

The Medical Imaging Specialist will be responsible for operating various imaging equipment, including scanners and fluoroscopy C-arms, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screens patients before exams to ensure accurate identification and safety precautions
  • Explain procedures to patients and prepares them for imaging examinations
  • Performs routine and advanced imaging procedures with minimal supervision
  • Adjusts scan parameters to optimize image quality and minimize radiation exposure
  • Maintains patient records accurately and efficiently
Requirements:

To be successful as a Medical Imaging Specialist at RAYUS Radiology, you should have a strong foundation in radiologic technology and excellent patient care skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with ARRT certification in radiography or a related field. Prior experience in medical imaging is preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
