Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
Responsibilities- We are looking for a dedicated professional who can identify and meet patients' goals and needs.
- The ideal candidate will offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobility.
- Our team member should reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery.
- They will develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
- They must create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs.
- The successful candidate will provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care, and proven interventions.
- They will motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally.
- The selected candidate will promote clients' healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
- They will consult and practice with other health professionals.
- They must evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress.
- They are required to document patient care services
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a physical therapist is preferred.
- The ideal candidate has intensive education and clinical expertise.
- They should have the ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
- The selected candidate should have current knowledge of treatment practices.
- They must be driven to continually learn and grow.
- Professional behavior is expected.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
- A valid license to practice physical therapy is required.
- A graduate degree or greater in physical therapy is preferred.
