**About the Role**

Tianya Edgerton - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated and competitive Producer to join our team. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for recognizing opportunities and strategically turning leads into long-lasting customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

**Requirements**

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
  • Property & Casualty license.
