About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Nebula Technologies. As an Industrial Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth execution of our operations technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Service Contract Management: Coordinate and manage maintenance and service contracts with external providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Spare Parts Management: Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of spare parts to support our operations technology initiatives.
  • Training Coordination: Schedule and coordinate training sessions for 23 employees, including follow-up and evaluation of training effectiveness.
  • Quote Management: Obtain quotes from external service providers and plan their deployment in accordance with internal processes.
  • Invoice Control: Review and process invoices from external service providers to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Project Monitoring: Track and manage deadlines and open issues within projects, as well as monitor and manage overtime within the team's time tracking system.
  • Liaison: Communicate with employees within the department and with other departments across the company to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
