Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere in all dining venues, setting the tone for exceptional customer service.
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service and ensure seamless operations.
  • Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between guests, residents, and kitchen staff to ensure effective communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Operations and Data Management: Record production and operational data as required, and create effective schedules to plan and forecast labor by budget.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Interview, hire, train, manage, and retain highly effective associates who embody our company values.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A high school diploma is required, and a minimum of three years of food service experience in a supervisory role is necessary for this position.
  • Skills and Qualifications: POS user experience, ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed, and a current Food Handlers Certificate are required.
