Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients with myocardial infarction (NSTEMI/STEMI), arrhythmias, and heart failure
- Support patients across the care continuum, from admission to discharge
- Collaborate with specialty teams, including cardiology physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Master's program
- Licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Connecticut
- Certification or eligible to be certified as a Nurse Practitioner through AACN or ANCC
