Boston Speech Therapy is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Speech Therapy Support Specialist.
Position Summary
In this role, you will collaborate closely with a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver therapeutic services to individuals, significantly influencing their learning and development journey.

Contract Details
This is a full-time contractual role for the remainder of the academic year, offering a competitive compensation rate.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the licensed Speech Language Pathologist in assessing and diagnosing clients.
2. Implement treatment strategies devised by the Speech Language Pathologist.
3. Conduct therapy sessions aimed at enhancing speech and language capabilities.
4. Track and document client progress meticulously.
5. Educate clients and their families on effective communication techniques.
Qualifications
1. Valid state certification or licensure as a Speech Therapy Support Specialist.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Strong teamwork orientation.
4. Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Capability to follow instructions and work under guidance.

This position is a short-term contract and does not include additional benefits.
