About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Boston Speech Therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Educate patients and their families on effective communication strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Prior experience in diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Proficiency in utilizing specialized technology and software related to speech-language pathology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.

Work Environment:
