Endoscopy Clinical Nurse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Endoscopy Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at St. David's Medical Center. As a key member of our endoscopy department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise the planning and implementation of endoscopy procedures, ensuring seamless execution and optimal patient outcomes.
- Direct and evaluate the performance of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and departmental efficiency.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care.
- Assist in delivering direct patient care, carrying a patient assignment as needed, and performing other duties as delegated.
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing, with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Registered Nurse license by the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners, with compact license holders required to obtain a Texas RN license within 90 days of hire date.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association, with ACLS certification from the American Heart Association in accordance with SDH policy.
- Two years of experience in Endoscopy nursing, with supervisory or Charge RN experience preferred.
