Establish and enforce security policies, access controls, and data governance measures in accordance with Atlassian guidelines and within our security framework.

Identify opportunities for automation, streamlining, and innovation to boost team productivity and collaboration.
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to individuals with varying levels of technical expertise.

Required Skills:
5+ years of experience as a system administrator or developer, with a specialization in Atlassian tools and platforms.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Atlassian certifications such as Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) or Atlassian Certified Master (ACM) are preferred.
