Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management and Automation
- Create and uphold automation scripts and tools for effective infrastructure management.
- Design, execute, and oversee continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to facilitate swift software development and release.
- Establish and maintain monitoring and logging frameworks to guarantee system performance, reliability, and availability using various tools.
- Deploy, manage, and supervise applications in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Collaborate closely with development, quality assurance, and operations teams to ensure seamless software deployment and functionality.
- Implement and uphold security best practices within the DevOps framework, including vulnerability assessments, patch management, and incident response protocols.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Evaluate system performance and pinpoint bottlenecks; propose and execute performance enhancements.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Up to five years of experience in a programming role or similar capacity.
- Proficiency in automation tools.
- Strong familiarity with cloud services like AWS and Azure.
- Understanding of interactions with vendor-provided APIs.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Proficient scripting skills in languages such as Python, SQL, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and VBA is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-driven with a desire to learn and grow.
- Demonstrated professionalism and integrity.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Power Automate is a plus.
