Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional service to members and potential members through various channels
- Answer inquiries and resolve issues related to member accounts, products, and services
- Operate computer system to access member account information and accurately record member transactions and information requests
- Market and cross-sell current and new products and services of the credit union
- Comply with all federal regulations, credit union policies, and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong understanding of financial services and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
