Position Overview:
Concern Housing is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to oversee the recruitment activities across various departments. Key responsibilities encompass conducting candidate screenings, collaborating with senior leadership, promoting job vacancies, coordinating interviews, managing background verification processes, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews
  • Work in partnership with senior leadership
  • Promote job vacancies through various channels
  • Maintain an updated report of open positions
  • Participate in recruitment events
  • Review resumes and conduct interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Manage background verification processes
  • Stay informed on relevant organizational policies and legal requirements
  • Perform additional HR-related tasks as necessary
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience. Experience in social services is advantageous. Strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in computer applications, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management are essential.
