Job Description:

As a Patient Services Representative I (Phlebotomist), you will be the face of our company to patients, building trust and confidence through your friendly and professional demeanor.

You will be responsible for drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently drawing blood samples from patients of all ages, preparing specimens for lab testing following established procedures, and maintaining a safe and professional work environment.

You will also provide excellent customer service to patients and demonstrate strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric patients.

Maintaining accurate records and documentation is also a key aspect of this role.


Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred. Phlebotomy certification is preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington). Minimum of 6 months experience in phlebotomy. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
