Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with company policies, FMCSA regulations, and OSHA requirements.
  • Monitoring driver safety and adherence to hours of service requirements.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, including phone and email correspondence.
  • Tracking driver movement and ensuring customer service standards are met.
  • Collaboration with planning and customer service teams on late loads and shipment issues.
  • Load assignment and trip planning for drivers.
  • Ensuring accurate fuel and route assignments, and correct paychecks for drivers.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in transportation and operations preferred.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment, including Outlook, Excel, and AS400 system.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
