  3. Provide administrative support, including message recording and call triaging.

Qualifications:
  1. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  2. Previous experience in customer-facing roles or administration is highly desirable.
  3. Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence are essential for success in this position.
