Your Role:

">

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering quality patient care through effective triage functions, coordination of prescription prior authorizations, providing education and resources to patients and their families, and assisting with special procedures including UroNav and TRUS biopsies as well as Urodynamics testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Collaborate with all members of the health care team to ensure delivery of quality patient care">
  • Conduct telephone interviews and assessments of new and existing patients">
  • Develop and maintain triage protocol and implement follow-up procedures">
  • Monitor triage function effectiveness and provide coaching and feedback to clinical staff">
  • Initiate prescription prior authorizations for patient medications">
  • Provide patient care assistance to providers with procedures and tasks including patient intake, education, and documentation">
  • Assist providers with special procedures including UroNav and TRUS biopsies">
  • Administer Urodynamics testing">
  • Provide patient education, coordinate provider consultation, and identify resources to assist patients and their families">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of MN, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred, and three plus years of experience in clinical nursing; specialty practice experience is a plus.
