CompensationThe hourly pay range for this LPN position is $41-$53, which is 25% higher than the average. Additionally, you'll have access to health benefit eligibility for yourself and qualifying family members, including vision and dental coverage.
Job Responsibilities- Work in post-acute facilities in the area as an LPN
- Be accountable for following and adhering to resident care plans
- Track the wellbeing of residents, both physical and mental, and monitor their vital signs
- Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history of residents
- Administer and properly verify medications and monitor their effects
- Review residents' charts and medical records
- Assist with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility
- Maintain appropriate stocks of medical supplies
- Participate in IV setup, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
- Help with the orientation and training of medical staff
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
- H.S. diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role)
- Hourly pay range: $41-$53
