Vantage Healthcare & Rehab at Wilbraham is a dynamic and growing healthcare organization seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Certified Nurse Aides.
As we continue to expand our services, we are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and residents.
This 5-week training program includes both classroom instruction and hands-on clinical experience, providing students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as Certified Nurse Aides.
The training program covers various topics, including patient care, wound management, and medication administration, as well as CPR/AED certification and dementia/alzheimer's certification.
In addition to the comprehensive training program, Vantage offers a competitive salary package, including an estimated $25-30 per hour based on experience and location, plus excellent benefits such as vacation time, holidays, paid sick time, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
