We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at the Life Care Center of Wilbraham, MA. As one of the largest privately-owned skilled nursing and rehabilitation providers in the nation, we offer the resources and experience to help you achieve MORE in your career.
With patient-centered care and state-of-the-art equipment, you will have the opportunity to see more successful outcomes in speech therapy. Your role as an SLP will involve providing direct rehab care to patients upon physician referral, in accordance with applicable laws and Life Care standards.
We require a graduate of an accredited program in speech therapy (minimum MS or MA SLP) who is ASHA certified (CCCs) or eligible for a 9-month Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). You must also be knowledgeable of practices and procedures governing post-acute care facilities and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
In this role, you will implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department. You must maintain confidentiality and adhere to Life Care's Code of Conduct, completing mandatory compliance training.
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $95,000 - $120,000 depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
