Job Title: Meat Department Manager

Festival Foods is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meat Department Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Meat Department associates to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of meat and seafood products.
  • Implement and maintain effective merchandising and visual displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Store Director and Meat Department leaders to develop and implement department strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to associates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in retail or restaurant management, with at least 2 years as a manager.
  • WI Certified Food Manager License (Festival Foods will reimburse associate for obtaining this license).
  • Thorough knowledge of retail food business operations, including perishable department management, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
