Job Summary

This includes loading product on and off the machine, as well as loading programs and performing preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the operation of CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Properly orient and place large stone tops and parts onto the CNC machine, adhering to quality standards.
  • Stage and position product on the machine, utilizing job processing software to monitor production flow and maintain production schedules.
  • Inspect and align correct tooling, ensuring accurate and precise results.
  • Unload the machine with quality checks, verifying product quality and accuracy.
  • Operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Load router style tooling into machine as per order requirements, ensuring timely and accurate production.
  • Physically lift and move substantial parts, adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Participate in production studies and improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the CNC machine team to achieve production results, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a production machinery environment.
  • Some software and programming knowledge.
  • Experience with cutting and polishing tools.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive attitude.
  • Good math skills.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Ability to work while standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts.
  • Ability to move and carry substantial parts on varied surfaces.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to safely operate overhead crane.
  • Ability to follow all safety requirements.
  • Ability to use measuring tools.
