We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team of craftsmen and innovators. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional custom surfaces and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

The Fabrication Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, feeding, and overseeing the operation of the BACA machines. This includes loading product on and off the machine, loading programs, and performing preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the operation of the BACA machine
• Staging and positioning product on the machine
• Inspecting and aligning correct tooling
• Unloading the machine with quality checks
• Physically lifting and moving substantial parts
• Utilizing overhead pneumatic vacuum lift to move parts
• Participating in production studies and improvements to improve efficiency
• Accomplishing production results by working with the BACA team

Requirements:

• High School diploma
• 2-4 years of experience in a production machinery environment
• Some software and programming knowledge
• Experience with cutting and polishing tools
• Detail-oriented
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Good math skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work while standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts
• Ability to move and carry substantial parts on varied surfaces
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to safely operate overhead crane
• Ability to follow all safety requirements
• Ability to use measuring tools
