Qualifications

Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience

Requires at least 3-5 years in a supervisory capacity

Strong interpersonal abilities

Capability to foster effective relationships with clients and customers for mutually beneficial outcomes

Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in line with Aramark's service standards

Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments to provide a cohesive food service experience

Physical capability to lift, carry, push, and pull weights up to 50 lbs

Must be able to stand for prolonged periods

Availability for a flexible, event-driven schedule

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
