Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious Nursing Faculty - Clinical to join our team at Galen College of Nursing. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of nursing professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with established professional standards and guidelines.
  • Teach and mentor students in a variety of settings, including classroom, lab, and clinical environments.
  • Evaluate student learning and progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Participate in program assessment and evaluation, contributing to the continuous improvement of our nursing education programs.
  • Engage in scholarship and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in nursing education.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of excellence and inclusivity within our college community.
Requirements
  • Active, current, unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff.
