Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager/Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, with a focus on MEP projects in NYC.

  • Implement and maintain effective management, planning, and cost control systems.
  • Assist with pre-construction activities, including project budgeting and buy-out planning.
  • Manage and supervise the completion of MEP projects, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and subcontractors.
  • Develop and issue monthly status reports to keep management informed on construction progress and costs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial construction projects in NYC.
  • Experience with healthcare or medical projects.
  • Experience in commercial and retail markets.
  • 10+ years of MEP focused work.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
