Job Summary

Michael Page is seeking a highly skilled Brownstone Construction Superintendent to oversee a high-profile brownstone project in Brooklyn. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

About the Role

As a Brownstone Construction Superintendent, you will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and enforce safety protocols. You will also monitor project progress, report updates, and resolve any on-site issues. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will enable you to work closely with project managers and stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience overseeing residential and brownstone construction
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong site management skills
  • Familiarity with Procore is a plus but not required
