Role Responsibilities:
The Quick Service Team Lead will oversee and guide operations within one of Abel Dining's mobile order quick service concepts, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently, meeting the high standards set by University Dining Services.
Key Duties Include:
- Ensuring food quality aligns with University Dining's and franchise standards.
- Assigning daily tasks to student workers and staff during shifts.
- Supervising activities in the kitchen, dish room, and dining area.
- Training student workers and staff on recipes, production methods, and dining standards.
Additionally, this role encompasses various tasks across all areas, including:
- Setting up and closing down service stations
- Food production and daily preparation
- Cashiering and inventory management
- Food waste management and cleanliness
- Monitoring food quality.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with three years of food preparation experience and mastery of all dining/kitchen tasks.
- Ability to read, write, weigh, and measure.
- Proven capability to train and lead others.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Flexibility, strong communication skills, and teamwork are preferred.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
