Overview

We are currently in search of a Site Supervisor to effectively lead small renovation teams and oversee crew members. Ideal candidates should have a solid background in construction and be knowledgeable in electrical systems, structural frameworks, and blueprint interpretation.
Role Objective
KHI Site Supervisors are vital in representing the organization while managing personnel, subcontractors, material logistics, and on-site operations. They guide small professional teams through various assignments, from equipment setup to comprehensive surgical suite renovations. Supervisors are accountable for planning, executing, and reviewing all activities to ensure consistency and quality. They are also expected to engage with clients, manage administrative responsibilities, and communicate effectively to foster trust and encourage ongoing business relationships.
Essential Qualities of a KHI Site Supervisor

RequirementsEducation
  • High School diploma is mandatory; a College degree is advantageous

  • Hands-on experience with equipment installation
  • Familiarity with diverse systems

Compensation Package
  • Starting salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience
