Job Summary:

The Team Member Service Ambassador is a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service both in-store and through the drive-thru, while upholding the cleanliness and operational standards of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extend a warm and welcoming greeting to every customer.
  • Accurately take and repeat orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer payment with care and integrity, ensuring accurate change or processing credit card transactions.
  • Meet speed targets for drive-thru service, maintaining a high level of efficiency.
  • Triple-check every order for accuracy, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Be an expert on the menu, answering customer inquiries and providing recommendations.
  • Clean and maintain the restaurant's restrooms and dining areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Clean and stock the drink and condiment stations, maintaining a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Conduct regular checks of the parking lot to ensure it remains clean and free of trash.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and productivity.
  • Strong organizational skills, ensuring cleanliness and order accuracy.
  • Familiarity with the menu, enabling effective customer service and menu recommendations.
  • Understanding of basic cleaning and maintenance practices, ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to withstand temperatures of 0 degrees Fahrenheit or less and 100 degrees Fahrenheit or more.
  • Ability to move throughout the restaurant for extended periods, up to 10-12 hours per day.
  • Ability to move 50 lbs. for distances of up to 10 feet.
  • Ability to balance and move up to 25 lbs. for distances of up to 50 feet.
  • Ability to understand and respond to team members' and guests' requests in a loud environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Ability to talk or hear; taste or smell.
  • Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
