We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Island Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a welcoming and engaging store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized service to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Sales and Merchandising: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services, making recommendations to customers and driving sales through effective merchandising and visual displays.
- Store Operations: Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other store-related activities to ensure a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals, share knowledge and best practices, and support each other in achieving individual and team objectives.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Competitive Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour.
