Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Ensure efficient utilization of materials and maintain adequate inventory of essential tools
  • Process payments and/or payment information from clients for services rendered
  • Maintain company vehicle and equipment in a clean and operational condition
  • Perform additional tasks as required, which may involve cross-training in related roles

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Residential HVAC & Refrigeration
  • 3-5 years of installation experience in the field
  • CFC Certification required
  • Valid State Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift weights ranging from 50 to 100 lbs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
