About You: You are an emerging or aspiring professional in the building enclosure field. You seek not just a position, but a fulfilling career within the construction engineering and building enclosure landscape. Your eagerness to learn, curiosity about building mechanics, and dedication to problem-solving set you apart. While hands-on experience on job sites enhances your candidacy, your inquisitive nature truly distinguishes you. Like us, you excel at asking insightful questions to uncover the core of the issue and persist until a resolution is found. • All team members at BES may be required to undertake tasks beyond their official job descriptions, reflecting our values of care, excellence, and teamwork.
  • Professional curiosity is essential for staying informed about industry advancements and delivering optimal value to our clients. We encourage all team members to actively engage in their professional development to enhance their skills and expand BES's business opportunities.
