Key Responsibilities- Disassemble and salvage engine components, including engines and components
- Work in a team environment to meet production goals and deadlines
- Utilize various computer systems, including email, on a regular basis
- Adhere to Built-in-Safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
- Perform cross-training in other positions, up to and including Salary Grade 2, based on basic qualifications and physical requirements
- Basic computer experience, including the ability to read standard work documents and enter data
- Ability to read, write, and interpret documents
- Knowledge of engines and components, including experience with basic tooling (hand tools, air tools, pneumatic tools, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Print reading experience and prior disassembly experience
- Physical ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced operations, including walking, squatting, and bending for intervals of 15-30 minutes
- Ability to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy parts up to 30 pounds multiple times per shift
- Ability to stand for up to 10+ hours per shift
- Starting hourly pay rate of $18.80, with pay negotiations based on skills and experience
- 2nd shift with an additional 7% night shift premium
- 40-hour work weeks with potential for overtime
- 80 hours of vacation with an additional 24 hours of paid Personal Time Off (PTO)
- 10 Paid holidays
